What is Cell Intell?
Cell Intell is software you install on to a phone, tablet or computer to monitor and record its activities.
Why Use Cell Intell?
Cell Intell is used to monitor children and employees or to backup or remotely control your own phone.
How do I install Cell Intell?
You must have physical access to the device to install Cell Intell.You can install it yourself. Or, once purchased, you will then be referred to an installation compant that will install it for you for a nominal fee.
How many devices can I install Cell Intell on to?
You can only install Cell Intell on to one device per license purchase. However, you can deactivate and move that license to another device as many times as you want during your subscription.
Is Cell Intell visible?
Cell Intell offers you the choice of visibility. You can choose to hide the software icon after you install Cell Intell.
Is Cell Intell legal?
Cell Intell is legal to install on your own phone. If you are installing Cell Intell onto a phone that you do not own, then you must have expressed permission from the device owner to do so before installing Cell Intell.
Will you automatically charge my card at the end of my subscription?
No. Cell Intell does not automatically renew your subscription once it expires. You must renew your subscription manually yourself to continue service. You will be invoiced.
Can I upgrade to different versions of Cell Intell without reinstalling?
Yes, upgrades can generally be done remotely.
Do you offer a refund policy?
This policy is primarily designed to give the customer peace of mind and their money back if they are unable to install or activate the product for any reason outside their control within 5 days of purchase. If a customer has installed, activated and received data from the product, then we ask them to be reasonable in demonstrating that the product did not meet their expectations as presented in the product description at time of purchase. However, even in such cases, we are able to discuss pro rata refunds to ensure that our customers remain happy. Simply contact support to discuss your concerns. Reasons For Full Refunds
Here are some reasons that this policy will provide a refund for:
You are unable to get the TARGET device physically for installation. Your TARGET device is running an unsupported OS version that does not meet our device requirements You are unable to jailbreak the iOS device in order to install our software (we offer a jailbreaking and installation service here). You wanted the advanced root only features but are unable to root the device (we offer a rooting and installation service here). A feature did not meet the description on the website. This does not include IM capturing. This is because the supported versions of IM software that can be captured can be found here for Android and here for iPhone so please check compatibility before purchase or submitting a refund request.
How to claim your refund 1.Submit a ticket to our support team within 5 days of purchase through the contact us page.
2.If, after working with you, the software is found to be at fault or it cannot be installed for reasons beyond the customer’s control then a full refund will be provided, as long your initial contact is within 5 days of purchase.
3.Refunds will be subject to a 15% Refund Fee.
4.Prorated refund offers are valid only within 3 days of offer.
5.Refunds are processed Monday through Friday. Any refund requested on a Friday or during holiday periods will be processed the following working day.
6.After we approve the refund request, the process is executed and controlled by your bank or credit card company. For any billing enquiries after we authorize the refund, please contact your bank directly. Do you have a chargeback policy?
Preplanned chargebacks are a form of fraud and are illegal. If you are thinking of using our products and then doing a chargeback, just know we will rigerously fight suspeted chargeback fraud.
How long is data stored on your servers?
Data stored on our servers is automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days. We provide a tool for you to download your data for archiving which you can read about here.
What else do I need to know about Cell Intell?
For iOS devices you must jailbreak the device first before installing Cell Intell.
You do not need to do anything special to install our software on to an Android device. However certain advanced features will not work if the Android device is not rooted. You can read more about rooting and how to do it here.
Alternatively, if you want someone else to help you jailbreak or root your device and install Cell Intell then you can use our installation service.
